Cancellations or reschedules accepted up to 48 hours prior to appointment. Please call or text before the 48 hour mark to be able to transfer your non-refundable booking fee to the next appointment. Booking fee is required for all appointments. There is a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. Please call or text me if you are running behind so I am aware. It is not my responsibility to check in if you are running late.
